This week we jump to 1960 with the Japanese classic Jigoku directed by Nobuo Nakagawa. This classic horror film literally translated to mean "Hell" follows a group of unfortunate people into the depths. It is a visually stunning and original movie with a very unique perspective on the evil and the concept of Hell. I have some great promos this week and some fantastic voicemail feedback as well. About TheI have been an avid listener of a number of podcast's which got sparked in a past rue morgue issue and have been loving it ever since. I have been looking into doing one myself and here we are. I have always loved horror movies starting with the original Halloween and John Carpenter has been my favorite horror director ever since. But I do have a particular soft spot for zombie movies of all shapes and sizes Italian or otherwise. You name it everything from Troma to Bruce Campbell to Argento, so on and so forth, I love em all.
